Please read information below on instructions before booking.

• $25 deposit is required to book all styles. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Your deposit goes towards your service and the remaining balance will be paid upon completion of your service.

• We accept remaining balance of cash, PayPal, debit/credit . A Card swipe reader will also be available to complete payment for card payments.(Identity has to match with card)

• You have a 15 min grace period. After that time your appointment will be canceled and you will have to rebook with new deposit. Please be considerate of my time as I will always be considerate of yours.

• No Call, No Show = No Future Appointments

• Appointments must be canceled 24 hrs prior to scheduled time as well as rescheduling within 24 hrs of cancellation for deposit to be used towards another service

• After 24 hrs of not rescheduling you will have to restart the process of booking an appointment with new deposit

• After 24 hrs, anything wrong with your style is no longer my responsibility.Please contact me no later than 24 hrs after your service if you are not satisfied with your hair.

• Read the description of each style in it's entirety so that you know what you are booking for and correct pricing.

• Wig construction and coloring services have a 5-7 day turnaround time. Please do not book these services if you are not prepared to wait 5 days at most.

• If you do not receive a confirmation text and/or email, you do NOT have an appointment.

• No extra guests please

• Masks must be worn at all times!!! (It’s for the safety of you and the stylist)

• Upon booking, you agree to have your picture taken for promotional use.
